Agent responsiveness could be better

I won a bid for a Mitsubishi Triton dual-cab, around $28,000. Made the deposit, but then trying to schedule the inspection was a bit of a pain. Took a few calls to get a response from the agent. Once I got there, the ute was fair enough, generally matched the report, but the communication delays were frustrating. The rego transfer was also a bit slow to finalise. Needs improvement on the follow-up.
