Mixed bag, but the 12-day policy saved me

I won a bid on a Holden Commodore for $15,000, keen as mustard. After paying the deposit, I went to view it in Brisbane. While the inspection report was detailed, I found a few more significant paint imperfections than suggested. The agent was good about explaining the 12-day return policy. I decided to use it and they processed the refund fairly quickly. It was a bit of a hassle, but glad they stand by their policy.
